This is my entry for the contest Express Your Feelings ( [link] ) by  .Well, the title explains it all. It's a mixture of pain, hope, and expectation. The flower symbolizes the happiness to come. I chose soft colours and wanted a blurred image to show how the aim (the flower) is still out of reach but nearing. The pain still makes it appear out of focus, but will not be there for ever. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. And I think it's a nice representation of the concepts you're aiming for. When I first read pain, it was hard to believe, since usually pain is represented by red or black and in darker tones, but since it's a fleeting pain, and where hope stands out more, then it does make a lot of sense
